Responsibilities include helping with clash detection follow-up, organizing model files and drawing sets, tracking project deliverables, and providing administrative and technical support to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes. Coordinate electrical systems within BIM models for MEP construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate 3D electrical models in Revit, performing clash detection and resolution specific to electrical systems, producing annotated shop drawings and fabrication documents, and supporting coordination meetings. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, BIM coordinators, drafters, foremen, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes and minimize field conflicts.

Coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing systems within BIM models for MEP construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate 3D mechanical models in Revit, performing clash detection and resolution specific to mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, equipment, etc.), producing annotated shop drawings and fabrication documents, and supporting coordination meetings. Coordinate BIM processes and Revit workflows for MEP construction projects, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Responsibilities include managing 3D Revit models, performing clash detection and resolution, overseeing model coordination and quality control, producing annotated shop drawings and fabrication documents, and facilitating BIM implementation across project teams. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, BIM coordinators, drafters, foremen, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality project outcomes and minimize field conflicts.

Produce detailed shop drawings and fabrication documents for MEP construction projects, with a focus on creating accurate annotations, dimensions, tags, callouts, and sheet layouts from 3D BIM models. Responsibilities include developing precise 2D documentation from Revit or CAD models, ensuring drawings meet project standards for constructability and submission, supporting clash resolution by incorporating coordinated changes, and maintaining high-quality drawing sets for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, project assistants, and BIM coordinators to deliver clear, fabrication-ready drawings that minimize field issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
